Day 1 – Monday September 9th

I am a week behind Luna. She’s down 4-6 lbs in one week. I hadn’t yet started but a huge calorie source for me is alcohol and beer and I stopped that a week ago Sundaya. Luna’s exercise is a bit more than mine. I did about 30 minutes of low impact, mostly sitting arms and core efforts. It is my hope to get up every hour and walk around my building. A soft work out, i know, but I’m horribly out of shape and I already hurt from what little i’ve done. Here’s a list…
